Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for social media and an eye for standout content? We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to join our in-office team on a contract basis and help grow a dynamic and fast-evolving social media department.
This role is ideal for someone with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience, who’s excited to collaborate, contribute fresh ideas and work alongside a team of social media pros to create content that connects and performs.
What you’ll be doing
As part of the social media team, you’ll help bring campaigns to life through engaging content, smart strategy, and collaborative execution across multiple client accounts.
Strategy and planning
• Contribute to the development of social media strategies and content calendars for a range of brands.
• Stay on top of trends, audience insights, and competitive activity to help guide creative direction.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas and craft tailored social media plans.
Content creation and community engagement
• Write creative content (short-form copy, ad copy, blogs, and more).
• Ensure content aligns with brand voice, platform best practices, and campaign goals.
• Assist with daily community management—responding to DMs, comments, and engaging with followers.
Campaign execution and paid SocialSupport
• Help manage and optimise organic and paid campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X)
• Work closely with designers and fellow content creators to deliver cohesive campaign assets.
Analytics and reporting
• Track key metrics (engagement, reach, CTR, ROI, etc.) and help compile monthly reports.
• Work with the team to interpret performance data and refine content based on results.
• Share learnings and insights that can inform future creative direction.
Pitch & Team Collaboration
• Contribute to social ideas and execution plans for pitches and new client proposals.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency across touchpoints and campaigns.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
• 3–5 years of experience in social media management and content creation
• Strong writing and editing skills, with a portfolio of content across various formats and platforms
• Experience with Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads Manager, and content scheduling tools
• A team player with a collaborative mindset and a strong creative eye
• Understanding of trends, online culture, and platform-specific best practices
• Experience with online community management and social listening tools
• Bonus: certifications in Meta Blueprint, Google Digital Marketing, or HubSpot
