Job description
Purpose of the roleAs our PPC & SEO Specialist, you’ll be the digital powerhouse driving high-quality traffic, leads, and results for a variety of clients across diverse industries. You’ll take ownership of paid search campaigns and organic search strategies, ensuring they’re performance-optimised, budget-wise, and creatively aligned with brand goals. You will work collaboratively within a fast-paced advertising agency environment, contributing to multi-disciplinary teams and presenting insights directly to clients.
Key responsibilitiesStrategy and execution- Plan, implement, and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and market insights to inform paid and organic strategies.
- Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve rankings, traffic, and domain authority.
- Monitor and adjust SEO tactics based on algorithm changes, competitor activity, and business goals.
Analytics and reporting- Use Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, SEMrush, and similar tools to track campaign performance and SEO progress.
- Create insightful reports and dashboards for internal teams and clients.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and other key metrics.
Collaboration and integration- Work closely with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure SEO and PPC best practices are implemented across websites and campaigns.
- Liaise with Account Managers to align digital strategy with broader client objectives and brand tone.
- Present campaign results and insights in client meetings, often with clever metaphors and a healthy dose of charm.

Minimum requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing PPC and SEO in an agency or high-volume digital environment.
- Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications are preferred.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, paid bidding strategies, and audience segmentation.
- Excellent copywriting and keyword strategy skills.
- Proficient in tools like Google Ads Editor, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and Looker Studio (Data Studio) and HubSpot experience a plus.
