�� About the role:
As a Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for promoting the company’s signage, screen, and digital printing solutions to businesses and industrial clients. You’ll manage your own territory, meet with prospective and existing clients, and play a key role in driving growth and client satisfaction.
�� Key responsibilities:
Identify and compile a list of prospective customers and leads
Travel throughout your assigned region to engage with clients and secure orders
Present company offerings and quote prices, terms, and delivery timelines
Prepare sales contracts and manage negotiations
Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery and job execution
Maintain records of sales activity and client interactions
Resolve routine customer concerns and escalate technical issues when needed
Monitor trends and new developments in the signage/print sector
✅ Skills and requirements: essential skills:
Solid external sales experience (signage, print, or related B2B industries preferred)
Proven ability to negotiate with senior-level stakeholders
Strategic thinking with excellent problem-solving abilities
A high level of initiative, persistence, and internal motivation
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
Communication and language:
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both written and verbally
Comfortable engaging in presentations and one-on-one meetings
Able to write routine correspondence and reports
Mathematical ability:
Confident working with whole numbers, fractions, decimals
Can calculate rates, ratios, and percentages
Able to interpret and draw basic graphs (e.g., bar graphs)
Computer literacy:
Reasoning ability:
Able to define problems, gather and analyze relevant data
Capable of interpreting instructions and responding to common challenges logically
Comfortable solving problems within standard workplace conditions
