What you will do:

• Create original, inspiring work with a bold African perspective
• Own projects end-to-end, clearly communicating your vision to teams and clients
• Bring strong leadership and creative experience to concept and campaign development
• Maintain high craft standards and stay ahead of industry trends
• Drive excellence on every project and elevate the team’s creative output
• Present ideas with clarity, confidence and passion—internally and externally
• Build strong client relationships by deeply understanding their needs
• Guide clients with bold, insightful and trusted creative advice
• Stay calm and solution-focused in a fast-paced client environment
• Bring solid experience in delivering impactful FMCG campaigns
• As a creative leader, shape agency vision, represent it publicly, lead awards submissions and attract top talent
• Ensure every project meets the highest standards and strengthens client relationships

What you must have:

• 6+ years in a senior creative or leadership role, overseeing integrated campaigns from concept to execution
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive creative excellence and uphold high design and craft standards
• Strong client relationship skills, with experience guiding bold, strategic work through collaboration
• Excellent presentation and communication skills—internally and with clients
• Calm, solution-oriented mindset, able to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Solid experience delivering major FMCG campaigns across diverse media
• Committed to work that elevates the agency’s reputation and client partnership
