Key responsibilities:

  • Conceptualise and execute campaigns from initial brief to final artwork under Creative Director guidance
  • Create high-quality visual assets for websites, apps, email campaigns, marketing materials, and social media
  • Design and populate responsive email templates in Mailchimp and similar platforms
  • Apply consistent visual style across all channels
  • Isolate, retouch, and optimise product imagery for digital use
  • Apply user-centered design principles across all digital touch points
  • Create designs optimised for various screen sizes and devices
  • Develop visual content that captures promotional excitement for retail clients
  • Maintain exceptionally high standards for execution and attention to detail
  • Stay updated with design trends and digital best practices


Collaboration and workflow

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including UX, development, and TTL creative teams
  • Support overflow work for UX, creative and development teams as needed
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions with innovative design insights
  • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
  • Present work confidently to clients and senior creatives

Experience
  • Minimum: 2 years in digital design within agency/high-volume environment
  • Portfolio: Demonstrating creativity, visual excellence, and campaign results

Desired skills:
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Design Tools: Figma or similar (working knowledge required)
  • Email Platforms: Mailchimp or similar email marketing tools
  • Bonus Skills: After Effects/animation, basic HTML/CSS for email templates
