Reports to: Head: Sales and partnerships

Key responsibilities:

• Provide accurate  administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Assist in coordinating sales and marketing activities to achieve revenue targets.
• Conduct market and client research to support sales strategies.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments.
• Support the team in planning and organising events and marketing initiatives.
• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and events.
• Provide support to the sales team and management as required.
• Assist with campaigns and information gathering were required.
• Maintain and update essential records and databases.

Who we are looking for:

• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of the South African radio and TV industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and Powerpoint.
• Attention to detail and strong time management skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the role.
