What you’ll do:

As an activations operations assistant, you’ll support the Execution Specialist in managing the planning, logistics, and delivery of promotional campaigns in the region. You will be responsible for assisting with:

  • Coordination and logistics of in-store, out-store, event, and field activations.
  • Distribution of training materials and support during training sessions.
  • On-the-ground support for event setup and breakdown (when required).
  • Monitoring campaign operations and reporting on performance and outputs.
  • Recruitment, communication, and motivation of brand ambassadors.
  • Management of campaign stock and kit distribution with our warehouse team.

Who you are:

  • You have experience as a brand ambassador/promoter (this is a non-negotiable).
  • You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • You’re proactive, reliable, and not afraid to get your hands dirty when it comes to logistics.
  • You communicate well over WhatsApp and email and can manage multiple stakeholders.
  • You are familiar with reporting tools and understand the importance of accurate data.
