Key responsibilities:- Manage and oversee the workflow and tasks in ClickUp
- Add client feedback to ClickUp and ensure all tasks are updated accordingly.
- Alert team members to their tasks and follow up to ensure timely completion.
- Collect outstanding information from clients and keep them updated on progress.
- Coordinate with the core team, contractors and freelancers by sending them briefs prepared by our team, and follow up to ensure these tasks move smoothly through the workflow.
- Continuously update ClickUp with the latest information and ensure all stakeholders are informed.
- Set up and confirm Zoom Meetings
- Track & manage team capacity & client budgets
- Send minutes and reports to clients
- Add meeting action items into ClickUp according to the SOP and ensure that team members are notified.

- Adaptability and a proactive mindset are required to thrive in a growing and evolving environment.
- Intermediate ClickUp skills.
- At least three years in a Digital Marketing environment
- Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate between clients, team members, and freelancers.
- A passion for efficiency and process improvement.
