Jnr to Mid-Level Traffic/Project Manager (Contract/Freelance)

We are an SEO, Google Ads, and digital marketing service provider working with clients from around the world. We use ClickUp as our primary traffic and project management tool

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the workflow and tasks in ClickUp
• Add client feedback to ClickUp and ensure all tasks are updated accordingly.
• Alert team members to their tasks and follow up to ensure timely completion.
• Collect outstanding information from clients and keep them updated on progress.
• Coordinate with the core team, contractors and freelancers by sending them briefs prepared by our team, and follow up to ensure these tasks move smoothly through the workflow.
• Continuously update ClickUp with the latest information and ensure all stakeholders are informed.
• Set up and confirm Zoom Meetings 
• Track & manage team capacity & client budgets
• Send minutes and reports to clients
• Add meeting action items into ClickUp according to the SOP and ensure that team members are notified.

• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Adaptability and a proactive mindset are required to thrive in a growing and evolving environment.
• Intermediate ClickUp skills. 
• At least three years in a Digital Marketing environment
• Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate between clients, team members, and freelancers.
• A passion for efficiency and process improvement.

Hours: +/- 4 hours per day - 5 days a week.
