Job description
Who are we looking for?We are looking for a client service rockstar (Snr Acc Manager -Account Director level) to join our team and manage a portfolio of global client, mostly in the EU and UK.
LocationIdeally based in Cape Town (primarily working remotely if desired)

Requirements:- Has experience is managing delivery of digital platforms (websites, apps etc…)
- High performing and ambitious individual
- 6+ years client service and project management experience
- Able to “hold their own” with senior level clients
- Experience in driving large complex projects
- Ideally has experience with global clients
- Ideally has experience in managing employee/internal communications/campaigns
- Highly organised with excellent project management skills
- Ability to prepare professional presentations
- Excellent email etiquette
- Skilled in excel and powerpoint
- Ideally experienced in use of magnetic or similar workflow system
- Not being afraid of getting close to highly technical content
- Understand the urgency of meeting agreed deadlines
- Good people skills
- Being able to work under pressure
- Ability to take initiative
Requirements
- Managing client relationships
- Identifying new opportunities and growing your portfolio
- Project management:
- Briefing of new jobs
- Debriefing client changes (timeously and clearly)
- Reviewing studio work before it goes to client
- Keeping track of jobs/timings and actively driving delivery of work through the studio
- Actively managing client expectations (keeping them updated and responding promptly)
- Actively driving client review/approval of work
- Drive client status reports (mail updates and/or calls)
- Attend all internal status meetings
- Financial administration:
- Raising new CEs
- Seeking approval of CEs (internally and with client)
- Billing timeously
- Working with finance to ensure billing pipeline is accurate and billings are actively driven
- Tracking profitability of jobs (hrs costed versus hours used) and client scope (pages/frames/rounds of changes etc…)
- Management and driving of new deals:
- Keeping new deals updated in pipeline management platform
- Actively driving conversion of new deals
- Supporting CEO/MD in developing proposals for new/existing clients
- Identifying new deals with existing clients
- Scoping and costing on new projects
