Position Overview: The Business Development Manager will be instrumental in steering our company's growth. This role demands a keen understanding of the advertising/ Digital Marketing world and the burgeoning content creation economy. You'll spearhead efforts to identify opportunities, cultivate partnerships, and reinforce Volt’s reputation as the go-to solution for digital Marketing in these sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Business Growth in Advertising/ Digital Marketing and Content Creation:
    • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities within the advertising and content creation sectors.
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate these industries, catering to their unique needs and challenges.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to adapt and position our products and services for maximum relevance and appeal.
  2. Partnership Development:
    • Establish and nurture relationships with advertising agencies, content platforms, and other industry stakeholders.
    • Negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives and the specific needs of the advertising and content creation communities.
    • Continuously assess and refine existing partnerships for sustained growth and mutual benefit.
  3. Revenue Enhancement:
    • Pinpoint avenues for revenue growth, focusing on the unique monetization strategies and pain points of advertisers and content creators.
    • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to design initiatives that resonate with these target audiences.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities to inform business strategies.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Solid experience in business development, with a focus on the advertising or publishing  and  or content creation industries.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the advertising landscape, content creation economy, and their evolving dynamics.
  • Proven negotiation skills with a history of forging impactful deals and partnerships.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ambition and drive to thrive in a dynamic, innovative startup environment.
