Sale Assistant / Stock Controller

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Deliver outstanding customer service and exceed sales targets
• Maximise sales by identifying new opportunities and maintaining high visual merchandising standards
• Process all customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Resolve customer queries with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Manage warehouse operations including receiving, dispatching, and stock accuracy
• Perform regular stock counts and coordinate quarterly stock takes
• Maintain clean, organised stockrooms and implement procedures to improve efficiency

Minimum requirements:

• Matric or equivalent (essential)
• Six-plus months retail experience (essential); one year preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Honest, dependable, and highly organised
• Able to work flexible retail hours

Bonus skills:

• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
• Knowledge of fashion or outdoor lifestyle trends (brand-dependent)
