Social Content Creator
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and driven social-first content creator to take responsibility for the creation of engaging, impactful, and relevant content for our retail clients. This person will work closely with the Social Content Producer, our social media managers and in-house digital creative teams to produce quick-turnaround content that taps into social media trends, particularly for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. The ideal candidate must have a strong creative eye, excellent shooting and editing skills, and the ability to ideate and execute content that aligns with our clients' marketing objectives. This person should be highly adaptable, self-motivated, and always on top of the latest social content trends, able to identify which trends to leverage for different clients. You must be well organized and have excellent creative and communication skills, be flexible, be self-motivated, multi-task, and most importantly, be adaptable. A positive and enthusiastic problem-solving attitude will get you far. The ability to apply strategic thinking and creativity to deliver top of the range visual content is essential for this role. This role calls for a talented, self-motivated all-rounder with initiative to keep ahead of the digital content space. Ideally, you will be excited about technology, enjoy playing with new content creation and editing tools, and see challenges as opportunities. Responsibilities: Your day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying and responding to trending content opportunities, conceptualizing, shooting, and editing social-first content, and ensuring that all output aligns with our clients’ brand objectives. You will play a key role in shaping and enhancing our clients' social media presence through innovative content executions. Your focus will be largely centered around tactical proposals and executions for social media. Ideally this would require you to collaborate very closely with our social and influencer marketing departments to ensure ongoing access to online listening, trends, insights, and brand opportunities. You will need to have experience of managing creative products from start to finish; you would be required to ideate and deliver final creative products for social media and other online channels. From conceptualising and story-boarding ideas through to creating the execution of content – filming / lighting and editing to photographing and retouching.
