Job description
- Respond to comments and queries on various social media accounts
- Curate and post content to various media accounts
- Remove spam content from comments and block spammers from account
- Notify the leadership team via set escalation process when required
- Explore new channels and look into new ways of reaching specific target audiences and growing market share
- Work closely with our in-house team as well as outsourced service providers and partners
- Complete assigned tasks within the required deadlines
- Alternate between four shifts: 08h00- 17h00, 17h00- 22h00, 22h00- 03h00, 03h00- 08h00
- Follow strict processes and procedures at all times
