Who are we looking for
A seasoned commercial head – beverages to lead strategy and execution across sales operations, trade channels, and market development. The ideal candidate will have deep FMCG experience, a strong grasp of South African trade dynamics, and a proven track record of driving revenue and market share growth.
What will you do
- Lead sales operations including RTM optimisation and field team performance.
- Own commercial delivery: revenue, volume, and share growth.
- Develop strategies across Modern Trade, General Trade, and On-Premise.
- Oversee trade planning, pricing, and in-market execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, finance, and HR.
What do you need
- Bachelor’s degree (Business/Marketing); MBA advantageous.
- 10–15 years in FMCG/Beverages with commercial leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of SA trade channels and RTM systems.
- Strategic, data-driven, with strong leadership and execution skills.
