Wayne De Wet takes over CTICC's finance department

Wayne De Wet will be taking over the reins of Cape Town International Convention Centre's (CTICC) finance department as its new CFO. In addition, De Wet will be responsible for the development and implementation of the CTICC's financial strategy, which comprises the strategic leadership of finance and supply chain management, and growth and resource management within the finance department.

He is a qualified chartered accountant and holds a bachelor of accounting science degree and honours in accounting science. De Wet has previously held various positions at Cape Town Tourism, Sun International Management, Johannesburg Water, PrincewaterhouseCoopers, the National Treasury, the City of Cape Town, Rothmans International, and Friedberg, Miller, Gruft & Company CA (SA).
