Muhammed Khan joins NSDV as a senior associate

NSDV has appointed Muhammed Khan as a senior associate within its mining and environmental law department. Khan has vast experience in advising clients on their rights and obligations under several pieces of legislation impacting the mining and petroleum industries in South Africa.

Before joining NSDV, Khan was head of legal at a company focused on producing emerging natural gas, where he most notably oversaw the conclusion of a facility loan agreement with the US International Development Finance Corporation, and executed key construction contracts necessary to construct a liquefaction plant with local and international contractors.
