Liberty Two Degrees makes staff adjustments
Retail-focused real estate investment trust Liberty Two Degrees (L2D) recently appointed Carmen Collison as one of its new asset managers. Collison has 15 years of experience in the property industry; prior to joining L2D, she managed retail assets across a number of listed portfolios.
Additionally, Nikiwe Mkhabela, Brian Unsted, Bharathi Kawal, and Sumenthree Moodley have taken up additional responsibilities. Asset management executive Mkhabela will manage the Sandton City precinct which includes the Sandton City Shopping Centre; newly promoted asset manager Kawal will now take care of Botshabelo Mall as well as the office portfolio; and asset management executive Unsted will manage the Nelson Mandela Square, Liberty Promenade, and Liberty Midlands Mall.
