Foschini sales up 27% in December
Christmas trading was "above expectation" with group sales growth for December of 27.2%, The Foschini Group (TFG) said in a sales update on Monday.
Group sales for the nine months to 26 December 2015 increased 33%.
"Sales post Christmas to 9 January 2016 have been good with group sales increasing 39.7%," the clothing retailer said.
