Hot 91.9FM legally fails to prohibit EFF from premises
TimesLive reports that the South Gauteng High Court has denied Hot 91.9FM's application to prohibit EFF members from entering the radio station's premises.
The application also asked the court to stop EFF members from harassing and threatening Hot 91.9FM staff.
The members allegedly stormed the station's premises looking for details of Sasha Martinengo, who called Julius Malema a 'monkey' live on air.
