First SA-based company for World XV Rugby sponsorship

Furniture and household goods group Steinhoff International is the first South African-based public company to sponsor the World XV Rugby Team. The key objective of the official shirt sponsorship is to generate brand awareness for both the Steinhoff International and Grafton Everest brands in South Africa. The sponsorship includes four matches: World XV vs. Saracens (UK 22 May 2006), South Africa (Jo'burg 3 June), Corne Krige Invitational WP Team (Cape Town 9 June) and South Africa (UK 2 December).
