Ciro trains Ghanaian baristas

As Africa's second largest coffee bean producer, Ghana has a burgeoning coffee market and consequently sent two trainees to Ciro Beverage Solutions to undergo intensive barista training. Chef Nutepe Kartey-Attipoe, secretary of the Ghana Chef Association and Yaa Akunia, general manager of a Ghanaian rest stop received thorough training, ranging from all aspects of technical barista skills through to event management in order to return home with ample knowledge to enhance the coffee experience in their country and train more trainers.
