Citrosuco to use GCT's technology, processes
Orange juice producer Citrosuco will be using biotechnology company Green Cell Technologies' (GCT) proprietary Disruptor technology, intellectual property, processes, and applicable trademarks after signing an exclusive global licensing agreement.
The agreement will run for an initial two year period and will give Citrosuco the exclusive licensing rights to GCT's dynamic cellular disruption (DCD) process for the global orange juice and orange-related speciality ingredients market.
The agreement came into effect on 6 August 2018.
