Senior Software Engineer

A rapidly scaling, product-driven tech company is on the lookout for a Senior Software Engineer who wants to do more than contribute — this is about laying the foundation.

You’ll be stepping into a role where your influence goes beyond code. From architecture and infrastructure to engineering standards, you’ll help define how multiple platforms are built, scaled, and evolved.

This isn’t a plug-and-play dev position. It’s a chance to build from scratch, make key technical calls, and deliver products that operate at real scale.

Working closely with product teams, you’ll take ownership of both hands-on delivery and architectural direction, ensuring systems are not only functional, but resilient, secure, and future-ready.

Expect a balance of deep technical execution and leadership — writing production-grade code while elevating how the wider team builds.

What you bring:

• 5+ years in software engineering
• 3+ years owning architecture or leading technical direction
• Strong backend experience with Node.js or Python
• Solid experience within fintech environments (payments, credit, transactional systems)
• Proven ability to build secure, data-driven platforms
• Strong understanding of distributed systems
• Experience with PostgreSQL (or similar databases)
• Familiarity with Redis or caching strategies
• Strong working knowledge of AWS
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines
• Track record of building SaaS platforms from the ground up

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with event-driven architectures
• Exposure to building SDK-ready platforms
• Background in startups or high-growth environments
