Senior Software Engineer

A fast-growing, product-focused tech environment is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to play a foundational role in shaping architecture, infrastructure, and engineering standards across multiple platforms.

This is not just another dev role, this is an opportunity to build from the ground up, influence technical direction, and ship real products at scale.

As a senior software engineer, you will take ownership of both technical execution and architectural direction, working closely with product teams to bring scalable systems to life.

This is a hands-on leadership role; you’ll be writing production code while guiding engineering best practices.

Requirements:

• 5+ years software engineering experience
• 3+ years in architecture ownership or technical leadership
• Strong backend experience with Node.js or Python
• Proven experience in fintech systems (payments, credit, transactional flows)
• Experience building secure financial/data-driven platforms
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL (or similar)
• Experience with Redis or caching layers
• Strong AWS experience
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines
• Track record of building SaaS platforms from scratch

Nice to have:

• Event-driven architecture experience
• Experience building SDK-ready platforms
• Background in early-stage or high-growth environments
