Job description
Offernet is looking to hire a dynamic, ambitious and results-orientated Client Service Manager on a full-time basis who will be based in our Cape Town Office in the prestigious Steenberg Office Park, Tokai. As the primary link between Offernet and our clients, you will ensure clarity, consistency and accountability from onboarding to delivery. You’ll work closely with advisory, media, creative and data teams to ensure that our clients receive measurable value and a world-class experience.
What you’ll do:
- Serve as the single point of contact for key clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate campaigns and workflows across internal teams
- Manage RFIs, briefs and project setup in Zoho CRM
- Oversee client onboarding, documentation and access permissions
- Ensure accurate, timely, first-time-right delivery of all outputs
- Schedule, facilitate and lead client check-ins, status calls and performance reviews
- Write and share detailed contact reports following all client meetings
- Maintain tone consistency in all communications, aligning with Offernet’s Brand Language Guide
- Proactively escalate potential issues to the CRO or advisory lead early.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports
- Run client health tracking and identify upsell opportunities
- Support external sales partners to maintain Offernet-level service standards
Requirements
Skills and experience:

- 2+ Years of experience in client service, account management in either digital or traditional media channels.
