Who are we looking for

We are looking for a skilled Communications Specialist who is passionate about storytelling, reputation management and stakeholder engagement. You are someone who can operate both strategically and hands-on, with the ability to manage multiple communication channels while ensuring consistency and impact.

What will you do

    • Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies aligned to business objectives
    • Create and manage high-quality content across multiple platforms (newsletters, intranet, media, digital channels)
    • Draft press releases, media statements and corporate communication materials
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with media, industry stakeholders and internal teams
    • Identify and drive media and publicity opportunities
    • Support corporate reputation management and crisis communication
    • Manage internal communication platforms and drive employee engagement initiatives
    • Support leadership with messaging, presentations and strategic communication
    • Coordinate communication for events, launches and stakeholder engagements
    • Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels
    • Monitor media coverage and stakeholder sentiment, providing insights and recommendations
    • Track communication performance and provide reporting and analytics

What will you need

    • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or a related field
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a communications, PR or marketing role
    • Experience in corporate or agency environments is advantageous
    • Strong content writing, editing and storytelling ability
    • Solid understanding of media relations and stakeholder engagement
    • Experience across internal and external communication platforms (digital and traditional)
    • Strong organisational and project management skills
    • High attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
    • Exposure to content management systems or basic design tools is advantageous
