The role:
You’re not here to “make ads.”
You’re here to solve problems using creativity + technology.
You’ll take a brief that feels ordinary… and turn it into something interactive, trackable, and impossible to ignore.
Think:
- Campaigns people don’t just see, but play
- Experiences people don’t just watch, but enter
- Ideas that don’t just look good, but perform
What you’ll do- Translate client briefs into smart digital experiences (not just visuals)
- Conceptualise campaign ideas across web, mobile, QR, AR, gamification
- Work closely with devs to bring ideas to life
- Design user journeys that drive engagement and data capture
- Think beyond banners: interactive mechanics, incentives, systems
- Contribute to pitch work, prototypes, and live campaigns
- Shape ideas that connect ATL, radio, social, and digital ecosystems
- Bring logic into creativity: how does this actually work?
What you’re really good at
- You’re a problem solver first, creative second
- You understand digital marketing and digital product thinking
- You can think in systems, not just screens
- You’re comfortable with:
- UX/UI thinking
- Campaign mechanics
- Interactive ideas
You can explain an idea clearly to:- Clients
- Designers
- Developers
You don’t panic when someone says:
“Cool idea… but how does it actually work?”
You light up.
Your Toolkit
- Figma / Adobe Suite
- Basic understanding of web (HTML, mobile flows, APIs – you don’t need to code, but you get it)
- Understanding of:
- QR-driven journeys
- Gamification mechanics (spin, match, collect, unlock)
- Social-first campaigns
- Data capture and CRM thinking
Bonus if you’ve touched:- AR / WebAR
- AI tools / generative workflows
- Interactive campaign builds
