We are looking for a Digital Projects Administrator who thrives on order, precision, and high-level coordination.
This isn't just a support role; you will be the operational engine that ensures our remote team stays on track and our digital projects are delivered with flawless attention to detail.
The details
Are you a master of organization?
We are looking for a "Type A" personality who finds genuine joy in a perfectly managed calendar and a categorized database. To succeed, you must be:
Hyper-organized: You don't just "manage" tasks; you optimize them. You stay three steps ahead of deadlines.
Detail-obsessed: You spot a double space or a broken link from a mile away.
A strong ocmmunicator: In a remote world, your written and verbal English must be professional, clear, and concise.
Creatively sharp: You have an eye for design and can evaluate whether creative work meets our high agency standards.
Your core responsibilities
High-level administration: Complete management of hosting systems, client databases, and general office documentation.
Project coordination: Assisting the project manager in tracking timelines and ensuring all moving parts of a website build or design project are aligned.
Quality assurance: Rigorous testing of websites and digital systems before they go live—nothing leaves our "doors" without your stamp of approval.
Digital support: Managing Google AdWords updates, social media scheduling, and providing direct executive support to the company owner.
Client liaison: Serving as a reliable and professional point of contact for client queries.
Remote setup and skills
Technical proficiency: Expert-level MS Office skills are a baseline requirement.
Infrastructure: Since we are fully remote, you must have a reliable laptop, high-speed internet, and dedicated backup power (UPS/Inverter) to ensure you are always online.
Initiative: You will be trained on our specific systems, but we expect you to bring the "engine"—you must be a self-starter who doesn't need to be micromanaged.
How to apply
If you are a brilliant administrator who is passionate about customer relations and digital excellence, we want to hear from you.
