Production Support Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Production Support Manager to lead our support function and ensure the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of critical systems.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-pressure environments, leads with clarity, and takes ownership of operational excellence.

What you’ll do

• Lead and mentor a team of support analysts, providing guidance and fostering growth
• Establish and enforce structured incident, problem, and change management processes
• Act as the primary escalation point for production issues and service disruptions
• Proactively monitor system performance and implement alerting and monitoring strategies
• Coordinate rapid response to incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and business impact
• Serve as the communication bridge between IT and business stakeholders during incidents
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and drive corrective and preventative actions
• Continuously improve support processes, tools, and operational workflows

What you bring

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
• ITIL certification or relevant service management training
• Proven experience in a production support / IT operations leadership role

Technical expertise

• Strong understanding of:
• Digital platforms and enterprise application environments
• Back-office systems and integrations/ API specific experience required
• Incident, change, and problem management frameworks
• Experience with monitoring tools and ticketing systems (e.g. Jira)
