Manual Tester

Are you a detail-oriented Manual Tester who thrives in Agile environments and takes pride in delivering high-quality software?

We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Manual Tester to join our team and play a key role in ensuring product excellence.

What you bring

Experience and expertise

• 7+ years of software testing experience across multiple test levels
• 3+ years working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
• Strong understanding of QA’s role in iterative development

Testing skills

• Solid experience with:
• Functional, integration, and system testing
• Backend/API testing (REST or SOAP)
• Test design techniques (boundary value analysis, equivalence partitioning, exploratory testing)

Technical skills

• Hands-on experience with SQL and database validation
• Familiarity with web services testing and API validation

Certifications and communication

• ISTQB Foundation Level and/or Agile Tester Extension certification
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on test results

Mindset

• Proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented
• Takes initiative in test planning, execution, and quality improvement

What you’ll do

• Actively contribute to cross-functional Agile teams, ensuring quality at every stage
• Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases across functional, integration, and system levels
• Perform API and backend testing, validating integrations and data flows
• Collaborate closely with Developers, Product Owners, and Designers to refine requirements and improve quality
• Use SQL for data setup, validation, and deeper investigation of issues
