A well-established large format digital printing company is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join their busy, fast-paced operation. This role is ideal for a highly organised individual with printing or signage industry experience who enjoys managing multiple jobs, liaising with clients, and coordinating work across sales, DTP, and production.
Working closely with external sales representatives, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring client work is executed accurately and efficiently — from initial brief through to production, delivery, and invoicing.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary internal point of contact for assigned client accounts
Communicate with clients regarding briefs, artwork, timelines, and deliveries
Prepare accurate quotes based on client and production specifications
Open and manage job tickets with full and accurate job information
Coordinate artwork with DTP and pre-press teams and track approvals
Source and order substrates and materials in line with job requirements
Liaise with production, finishing, and dispatch teams to track job progress
Identify and escalate potential issues or delays timeously
Coordinate complex, multi-item or campaign-based print rollouts
Prepare delivery notes and ensure accurate invoicing of completed jobs
Maintain accurate job records and documentation
Skills and experience required
Previous experience in a printing, signage, or production environment (large format digital printing highly advantageous)
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Proven ability to manage multiple jobs and client accounts simultaneously
Excellent attention to detail, particularly with specifications and artwork
Confident written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
Strong computer literacy and confidence working with digital files and job systems
