We are looking for a Key Account Assistant who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and reliable. This role supports the account management and client service team to ensure work moves smoothly from brief to delivery.
You will be responsible for coordination, follow-ups, and administrative support that keeps accounts on track. This is a foundational role for someone looking to build a career in account management, client service, or project coordination within an agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support Key Account Managers with day-to-day account administration
Track briefs, timelines, and deliverables across multiple clients
Prepare meeting notes, status updates, and internal follow-ups
Coordinate with creative, digital, and production teams
Ensure work is routed correctly and deadlines are met
Maintain accurate records, folders, and project documentation
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years’ experience in an account support, admin, or coordination role
Strong organisational and time-management skills
High attention to detail and ability to follow processes
Clear written and verbal communication
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Nice to Have
Exposure to an advertising, digital, or creative agency
Basic understanding of social media, digital, or marketing workflows
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. ClickUp, Trello, Monday)

Accounts run smoothly with fewer errors and delays
Internal teams are clear on briefs, timelines, and expectations
Clients experience efficient communication and follow-through
You are trusted to take ownership of tasks without constant supervision
