Digital Project Manager (Permanent Position – Remote)

Company based in Pretoria East | Remote role within South Africa

We are a digital company based in Pretoria East and are looking for an exceptionally organised, motivated, and highly reliable Project Manager to join our team on a permanent, remote basis.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the digital space, has a strong eye for design and detail, and can confidently manage people, projects, and clients. You will play a key role in ensuring work is delivered on time, to a high standard, and with excellent client communication throughout.

Please note: This is a remote position however, only South African citizens will be considered.


Key responsibilities

• Project, client and team management
  

  • Managing digital projects from briefing through to completion
    

  • Coordinating designers and developers to ensure timelines, quality, and scope are met
    

  • Maintaining clear workflows, priorities, and accountability
    

• Client communication
  

  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients
    

  • Communicating progress, managing expectations, and resolving issues professionally
    

  • Building strong, long-term client relationships
    

• Hosting and system management
  

  • Managing and overseeing the hosting system
    

  • Coordinating updates, renewals, and technical tasks with developers
    

  • Ensuring systems are organised, stable, and well maintained
    

The successful candidate must:

• Have proven experience in the digital space (web, tech, online platforms, or digital agencies)
  

• Be highly organised and detail-oriented
  

• Have excellent people and communication skills
  

• Be self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  

• Be extremely reliable and consistent in following through
  

• Have a strong eye for good design and attention to detail, with the ability to spot issues before clients do
  

• Be comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  

Experience working with designers, developers, websites, hosting, or digital platforms is a strong advantage.
