Full internal sales/sales support role for the sales team within a fast paced environment, including the following duties:
- Telesales
- Admin support to the sales team
- Telephonic customer liaison
- Managing orders and delivery dates
- Processing of new and repeat jobs
- Managing and updating the CRM system
- quoting using SYSPRO
- Matric
- Established internal sales track record gained in the self adhesive label/flexo printing sector
- Good working knowledge of self adhesive label print - essential, not negotiable
- Strong MS Office skills, advanced Excel
- Ideally working knowledge of SYSPRO
