Job description

The Manager: Marketing Technology (MarTech) is responsible for managing the operational delivery, optimisation, and integration of the organisation’s marketing technology platforms and solutions.

The role ensures that marketing systems, marketing databases, mobile apps (Mediclinic Baby), automation, analytics, and customer data platforms are effectively utilised to enable personalised, compliant, and data-driven marketing initiatives.

This includes overseeing daily MarTech operations, managing a team of Program Coordinators, ensuring vendor and stakeholder alignment, and embedding governance standards (e.g. POPIA, ASA).

Senior manager: Brand and marketing: This role is meant to operationalise the divisional marketing strategy through the execution of integrated marketing plans, full funnel consumer campaigns, and regional support initiatives.

This role ensures delivery of omnichannel brand presence, activation of sponsorships and events, and alignment of hospital-level marketing execution with corporate brand standards.

The senior manager: Marketing also oversees logistical and administrative coordination within the marketing function to support campaign effectiveness and brand integrity.
