Who are we looking for: Loyalty and Rewards Specialist who will be responsible for designing, implementing and optimising loyalty and rewards initiatives that drive customer engagement and retention. This role focuses on creating data-driven, CRM-based reward programmes and campaigns that enhance the customer journey, encourage repeat activity and build long-term loyalty.


What will you do:

  • Build and optimise CRM-led loyalty and rewards programmes
  • Drive retention through smart lifecycle journeys
  • Track performance, ROI and continuously optimise
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Data teams

What will you need:
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Marketing and Operations/Admin
  • Strong CRM, analytics and collaboration skill
