About the role: We’re looking for a strategic and client-focused Junior Key Account Manager to nurture and grow our business relationships. You’ll act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts
  • Achieving monthly regional sales budget by key account.
  • Managing 3rd party sales and merchandising agencies through monthly meetings and reporting thereof
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service
  • Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in account management or B2B sales
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Commercial acumen and strategic thinking
  • Good communication skills
