We’re seeking a vibrant Account Director to work hand-in-hand with one of our Company Directors and the BUD of a key account. Key Performance Areas (KPAs)

Client Relationship Management
  • Be the trusted primary liaison between client and agency - from briefs through to delivery and presentations.
  • Cultivate genuine, transparent relationships built on trust, empathy, and timely feedback.
  • Nurture internal and client relationships with a care-first approach, ensuring expectations are met and the client feels understood.
Integrated Communications Planning
  • Lead the development and delivery of integrated communication plans that are on-brand, purpose-driven, and aligned with client objectives.
  • Keep plans brilliantly simple where needed, with clear milestones, budgets, and measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with creative, media, and production teams to maintain a cohesive, craft-forward approach across channels. 
Project Management and Delivery
  • Own the full project lifecycle: capture briefs, translate into precise creative briefs, and shepherd work from concept to delivery.
  • Oversee all admin, timelines, approvals, and quality checks; maintain rigorous project documentation with clarity and care.
  • Coordinate with traffic, copy, and creative; manage external suppliers and partner agencies to meet deadlines and deliver excellence.
  • Proactively surface risks and blockers; implement thoughtful mitigation plans and secure timely resolutions.
New Business Development
  • Drive strategic growth by identifying and pursuing meaningful new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline; nurture relationships to convert opportunities into impactful work.


Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Qualification in marketing and advertising (or equivalent).
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in B2B and B2C environments.
  • Exceptional planning, organizational prowess, and motivation; proven ability to manage multiple initiatives with grace.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Positive, solution-oriented attitude with a proactive mindset.
  • Innovative and adaptable to changing business requirements and client demands.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a relentless focus on quality and deadlines.
  • Substantial project management experience, delivering complex programs on time and on budget.
