Job description

OLC is looking for our next unicorn. We are looking for a  hands‑on, conceptual designer who can take ideas from spark to shipped across TTL and BTL touchpoints. You’ll ideate, craft and roll out campaign assets, steer visual consistency across channels, and sweat the details from first scribble to final artwork.

Requirements

Key responsibilities:
  1. Concept and craft
  • Translate briefs and insights into strong, brand‑right concepts and campaign territories.
  • Develop key visuals, moodboards, routes, and design systems that scale across ATL/BTL/digital.
  • Present work clearly with rationale; accept feedback and iterate quickly.
  1. TTL/BTL design and roll‑outs
  • Build out complete asset suites: OOH, print, in‑store POSM, event collateral, social, digital display, email, pitch decks.
  • Create master files and templates; version for formats, languages, retailers and markets.
  • Produce pixel‑perfect artwork and press‑ready files, including dielines, bleeds, color profiles, and spec sheets.
  1. Production and delivery
  • Prepare production‑ready files for print, large‑format, fabrication and digital ad servers.
  • Liaise with suppliers (printers, fabricators, photographers, retouchers) and QC proofs.
  • Traffic multiple jobs in parallel; manage versions and approvals; meet tight deadlines.

Minimum Requirements (Non‑Negotiables)
  • NB*3–5 years’ agency experience in a TTL/BTL environment.
  • Conceptual strength: proven ability to originate ‘campaignable’ ideas, not just execute.
  • Adobe Creative Cloud proficiency: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (advanced).
  • Portfolio demonstrating TTL/BTL campaigns, retail roll‑outs, social content and print production.
  • Own transport and valid driver’s license.
  • Time and pressure management: comfortable with tight turnarounds and multiple concurrent jobs.
  • Strong presentation and rationale writing skills.

Nice‑to‑haves (advantageous)
  • After effects / Premiere Pro (basic motion & editing), Figma (UI layouts & prototypes).
  • Experience on shopper, experiential, and retail POSM systems.

Portfolio submission checklist
  • 10–15 best projects with a brief → role → outcome summary. This IS your time to brag. Please ensure you are showcasing your own work and not shared projects. 
  • Evidence of idea generation (routes, scamps, moodboards) and final craft.
  • TTL/BTL breadth: OOH/print, retail POSM, experiential/event assets, social/digital.
