Role purpose The graphic designer plays a hands-on role in developing and executing creative solutions across digital, social, and print channels. This role requires strong technical design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with the broader creative and client service teams. Key responsibilities • Design and produce high-quality visual assets across digital, social, and print media. • Interpret briefs and contribute creative solutions that align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines. • Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and account managers to deliver integrated creative work. • Participate actively in brainstorms and pitch development, contributing fresh and innovative ideas. • Prepare press-ready artwork and digital deliverables with accuracy and attention to detail. • Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints. • Manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines while maintaining high creative standards. • Stay up-to-date with design trends, new tools, and digital best practices. Qualifications and experience • Diploma or degree in graphic design (or related field). • 2–3 years of professional design experience (agency experience). • A portfolio that demonstrates both creativity and technical craft across digital, social, and print.
