Attorneys, based in Stellenbosch, is seeking a diligent and proactive Article Clerk to join our esteemed legal practice. In this role, the Article Clerk will manage administrative and support tasks under the supervision of senior legal practitioners. Your key responsibilities will include drafting legal documents, conducting preliminary case research, and liaising with clients to ensure that their needs are met with integrity and efficiency. This position offers exposure to a dynamic range of legal issues and cases, enabling you to develop a comprehensive understanding of legal procedures while enhancing your professional acumen in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

We are looking for an individual with a BCOM LLB qualification. Alternatively, we welcome applications from candidates who are currently studying law part-time and, upon completion of their studies, can transition to complete their articles with us. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong academic background in law or a related field, and a demonstrated passion for pursuing a legal career. Prior experience in a legal setting or a related administrative role is considered an advantage, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:
  • BCOM LLB qualification
    OR

  • Currently studying law part-time (with the intention to commence articles upon completion)
