This is a hands-on role where you’ll be the heartbeat of our operations — coordinating projects, aligning teams, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and track all agency workflow from briefing to delivery
- Lead daily traffic meetings and ensure clear priorities
- Schedule and coordinate internal meetings and deadlines
- Liaise between account managers, creatives, and production
- 4+ years in an agency or similar fast-paced environment
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Calm under pressure, thrives on juggling multiple projects
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with project management tools e.g. Monday.com
- Own transport and valid driver’s licence
