Job description
Requirements- A Degree in Marketing or any related field (advantageous)
- A minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in business development, sales, and marketing
- Proven industry experience in Facilities Management or Security Services (preferred)
- Senior management experience in a sales and/or marketing environment
- Strong knowledge of industry regulations, including operational and client requirements
- Proven sales track record
Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and align with business goals
- Recruit, mentor, and lead the sales team to meet individual and team sales objectives
- Set and manage external sales targets, ensuring alignment with organisational goals
- Oversee development and delivery of tailored client solutions using internal subject matter experts
- Collaborate with the Sales and Promotion Committee to execute regional promotional strategies
- Ensure all regional promotional initiatives comply with central brand standards
- Manage budgets and strategies for client engagement activities (e.g., golf days, sponsorships)
- Attend industry events to boost company visibility and influence
- Support operational teams to cross-sell and upsell, with turnover targets set for existing accounts
- Collaborate with operations, promotions, and service delivery teams for aligned objectives
- Design and implement retention strategies for key clients through tailored solutions
- Act as the primary contact for major potential clients to foster long-term relationships
- Resolve client concerns swiftly, especially during sales or renewal cycles
- Participate actively in the monthly Sales and Promotion Committee
- Translate committee discussions into actionable strategies for sales and promotions teams
- Prepare and present detailed sales performance, promotional results, and pipeline reports to EXCO and the committee (with BD Support)
