As a Marketing Manager, you’ll oversee marketing activities, identify growth opportunities, and execute high-impact campaigns. From social media to paid ads, you’ll craft strategies that deliver measurable results.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Campaign Strategy and Execution – Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, email, PPC) to align with client goals.
  • Creative Direction – Craft compelling creative briefs and ensure campaigns resonate with target audiences.
  • Performance Analysis – Monitor KPIs, analyse campaign performance, and optimise strategies for maximum impact.
  • Client Reporting and insights – Provide monthly reports with data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Market and trend analysis – Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and implement innovative strategies.
  • SEO and paid ads – Execute digital marketing techniques, including SEO, PPC, and content creation.
  • Continuous improvement – Test, report, and refine campaigns for ongoing success.
  • Collaboration and communication – Work closely with client teams and internal departments to ensure seamless execution.
  • Client relationship management – Build strong client partnerships through clear communication and a commitment to excellence.
  • Leadership and team growth – Foster a culture of learning, innovation, and high performance within the team.

What We’re Looking For

  • Marketing Expertise – Degree in Marketing or 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing across different platforms.
  • Strategic Thinker – Strong grasp of digital marketing processes and their real-world application.
  • Analytical Mindset – Ability to interpret data, track campaign success, and drive continuous improvements.
  • Leadership and communication – Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and storytelling skills.
  • Adaptability and innovation – Eager to learn evolving technologies and test new marketing strategies.
  • South African Citizen or Permanent Resident – This role is location-specific, and you need to be legally allowed to work in South Africa.
