Telesales and Marketing Representative

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Telesales and Marketing Representative to drive sales growth and enhance brand presence. The ideal candidate will have to be passionate, vibrant and have a can-do attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to generate and qualify leads.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets through effective sales techniques.
• Develop and execute telemarketing campaigns in alignment with marketing strategies.
• Support (through telesales and initiatives) digital marketing activities including email campaigns, social media content, and online engagement.
• Analyse campaign performance metrics and recommend improvements to optimise results.
• Prepare and deliver regular sales and marketing reports accurately and on time.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications and Skills

• Matric certificate
• Minimum of 1-2 years of telesales or marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in English and Afrikaans is a must.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Must be vibrant and extroverted.
• Passion and drive for sales, marketing and for people.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• High level of resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Remuneration structure.

Basic salary of R10,000 – R12 000 based on experience per month with an attractive commission.

The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to participate in a High-Performance Sales.

Talent Development Programme valued at R50 000, financed by the company.
