Who are we looking for: A Digital Specialist to join our marketing team.


What will you do:

    • Design, layout and development of digital and print marketing collateral, including items such as brochures, flyers, posters, invites and e-mailers, in line with brand guidelines
    • Ensure digital and physical marketing assets and collateral are in line with brand guidelines, accurate, up-to-date, organised, accessible and properly tagged for easy retrieval across marketing platforms
    • Assist in the sourcing of inspirational imagery and documenting of product in application for digital and physical platforms, in line with brand identity
    • Create graphics, infographics and short-form videos for posts, stories and ads, in line with brand identity
    • Assist and / or manage the development and production of videography for use across digital and physical platforms
    • Design and maintain digital showrooms that showcase products or services in an interactive and visually compelling way
    • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to update showrooms with the latest product offerings and promotional materials
    • Optimise the digital showroom experience for ease of use, engagement and conversion
    • Work closely with other team members in the Marketing, Sales and Enterprise Development departments to ensure all creative materials meet campaign objectives and deadlines
    • Ensure the marketing assets and collateral produced align with the overall brand strategy and marketing objectives
    • Use data insights to adjust creative content and improve engagement across platforms
    • Report on marketing assets and collateral’s performance and provide recommendations to enhance performance results


What do you need:


Minimum qualifications and experience:

    • A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, digital media, marketing or related field.
    • 4–6 years’ experience in graphic design, digital content creation and marketing related field with the focus on graphic design



Recommended skills, knowledge and qualities:

    • Design and creative tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other design tools
    • Video production and editing: Experience creating and editing videos for marketing, training and promotional use
    • Content creation and social media: Strong understanding of content creation for digital platforms, including social media graphics, infographics and short-form videos
    • UI/UX principles: Basic knowledge of user experience design for digital showrooms and interactive content
    • Brand management: Ability to apply and maintain brand consistency across digital and print materials
    • Data analysis and reporting: Familiarity with analytics tools (Google analytics, social media insights) to track and improve content performance
