A senior-level role for a suitably qualified shift manager to oversee and run an entire shift in the flexo and gravure printing sector.

The role will include managing production processes, managing machine efficiency, quality, workflow management, equipment maintenance, process improvement, client liaison and relevant reporting, including managing profitability.

Required:
  • Grade 12 plus relevant production qualification
  • Shift management/supervisory experience gained in the flexo and/gravure printing sectors essential
  • Good working knowledge of label printing technologies - flexographic and digital printing, colour management - essential
  • MRP/ERP software knowledge
  • MS Office Excel
  • Own transport
